These numbers are hard to reduce to "OpenAI entered systems integration." Directly sending expensive field engineers into enterprise customers is costly. Every project is different. Security and compliance are not easy to package like repeatable SaaS features. Yet OpenAI is creating a separate company and tying it to private equity and consulting partners because the enterprise AI bottleneck has moved from model access to deployment capacity.
